Sara Sasani, born in 1985 in Tehran, is a graduate in Art Research and Sociology. With over 17 years of experience in photojournalism and social documentary photography, she has collaborated with a range of domestic and international newspapers, news agencies, and publications.

In addition to holding several solo exhibitions, Sasani has participated in more than fifty group exhibitions across Iran and in countries such as Austria, France, the United States, Italy, Belgium, Georgia, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and South Korea. She has also earned three first-place awards in prestigious national festivals.

Her professional portfolio includes collaborations with the Austrian cultural group X-Change and the publication of two books, "My Yazd" and "Iran: A Winter Journey." Additionally, she has worked as a co-curator and a collector. Sasani also lectures on the Sociology of Art and Photography at art universities.
