Maneli Manoochehri received her diploma in graphic design from Hefdah-eh Shahrivar art school (1992). She also has a bachelor's degree in graphic design from University of Arts (1997) and a master's degree in illustration from Tehran College of Fine Arts (2001). She has illustrated more than twenty books and her works have been displayed in exhibitions and festivals of illustration and painting in Iran and other countries and received numerous awards.
