Hossein Shenaavar, an Iranian sculptor and painter, was born in 1976 in Marand, Iran. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran in 2000. Shenaavar held his first solo exhibition in 2018 at Seyhoun Gallery in Tehran.

He has participated in numerous group exhibitions and festivals and has also worked at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. His previous experience in Persian miniature painting subtly influences his artwork.
