Hoda Zarbaf, born 1982- died 2020, is an Iranian artist and sculptor who lived in Canada. She received a master's degree in animation from the University of Tehran in 2005 and a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Windsor, Ontario in 2008. Her works have been exhibited in Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art and Ontario Art Gallery.
In her works, Zarbaf referred to the issue of memory, the spirit of things, and femininity. Her sculptures were made from images, sounds and recycled objects that had traces of human contact left in them. Abandoned dolls, clothes, old toys, human hair, ceramic pieces, sounds and digital images are among these elements in her works. Hoda Zarbaf held her first solo exhibition titled "Project Before Birth" in 2005 at the University of Tehran, and in the following years she had exhibitions in Canada and Tehran.
