Artchart Report on Iranian Art Collectors and Buyers
Artchart, a data-mining platform for the Iranian art market, has analyzed economic data since 2019. Since 2022, it has published annual reports on Iran’s art market and, in 2024, expanded to regional analyses. In 2025, Artchart further broadened its scope by examining the role and behavior of key players in Iran’s art scene.
Its first report on Iranian art collectors and buyers explores their behavioral patterns, helping galleries, dealers, and artists understand market dynamics, challenges, and future trends.
The report is based on an online survey conducted between January 18 and March 11, 2025, sent to over 250 active collectors and buyers, with fewer than 50 responses informing the analysis.
