Paridokht Moshkzad was born in 1975 in Tehran. She received her bachelor's degree in painting from Shahed University. She completed her master's degree in art research at Tehran University. Since 2004, she taught theory courses at Shariati University and Tehran Azad University.
 
Moshkzad holds her first solo exhibition of sculpture and painting in Dey Gallery, Tehran in 2014. Then she had several solo exhibitions in Beirut and Tehran. This artist participated in the 7th Sculpture Biennale in 2018. Moshkzad has also participated in more than 50 domestic and foreign group exhibitions.
