Farbod Elkaee was born in Tehran in 1992, and in 2015 he received his BA in Visual arts from Sooreh University, Tehran. Farbod Elkaee is a young painter who started his artistic activity from 2006 and at the very beginning he received the award for the best painting from the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents. His works are representations of nature and geometry that remind the artist's childhood memories.

Elkaee has received 2 awards by Damonfar Biennial and two of his works have been published in Imago Mundi, Luciano Benetton Collection, Italy in 2014.

The first exhibition of Farbod Elkaee was held in Dastan's Basement Gallery, Tehran in 2019. Elkaee has also participated in various domestic and foreign group exhibitions.
